Harte and Body Pilates classes are run by Kirsty Harte an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and Body Control trained Pilates instructor.

Currently due to the pandemic, classes are running via live zoom sessions at the normal timetabled class times.

One to one zoom pilates sessions are also available at various times throughout the week.

Classes are suitable for all levels ranging from beginners (or people who need a refresher) right through to high intensity.

Suitable for those who are familiar with Pilates. Classes are varied using small equipement – balls, weights, foam rollers and bands to facilitate and challenge movement.

A more challenging class suitable for those who are experienced in the Pilates method. Classical exercises are incorporated as well as small equipment.

Baby Harte


One to one sessions available via zoom.
A gentle Pilates class for new Mums and babies. (6 weeks postpartum, 8-10 weeks post C-section). It is aimed at helping recover from pregnancy and birth to restore your pre-pregnancy wellbeing.

Chair based

One to one sessions available via zoom on request.
Young at Harte is specifically tailored for the older client and caters for all abilities. The classes offer a variety of exercises, which use a chair to perform both sitting and standing movements.
