Harte and Body Pilates classes are run by Kirsty Harte an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and Body Control trained Pilates instructor.
Classes are held in various locations in Northumberland including Corbridge, Horsley, Newton and Wylam.
Classes are suitable for all levels ranging from beginners (or people who need a refresher) right through to high intensity.
